As a follow-up to the memory drawing I recently came across two photos that interested me. One was of a bridge and river and the second of a girl and her horse. Neither picture inspired me to do a drawing, but the two together was another story.Many of the drawings I do are inspired by photos but rarely copies of photos. If they were, I would be content to take a photograph. But there is something special about creating works with nothing more than a pencil.
